Hero’s pose arms down.

Downward Dog.

Standing forward bend.
5 breaths.
Supported bridge
(on block or blanket).
2 minutes.
Shoulder Stand.
2 minutes.
Reclined twist left and right.
2 minutes.
Rest pose.
