Massage Treatments

Massage and bodywork are the basis for healing at Tierra Sagrada sacred retreat center. Therapeutic relaxing massage and injury-specific  massage, as well as deep tissue work, are always available when scheduled in advance. Intuitive healing sessions based on aromatherapy and hot stone treatments are also available.  To round out the effects of bodywork, on-going yoga classes and private  exercise therapy as well as private yoga sessions assist in balancing the physiology and in self-empowerment for more long-term healing after bodywork sessions.
