These poses are great to do in a hotel room or even a waiting room while traveling.

 

Legs up the wall.
3 to 5 minutes.

 

Supported bound ankles
at the wall. 2 minutes.

 

Cat Cow.
6 to 10 breaths.

 

Hero’s pose arms down.
2 minutes.

 

Downward Dog.
5 breaths.

 

Standing forward bend.
5 breaths.

 

Supported bridge
(on block or blanket).
2 minutes.

 

 

Shoulder Stand.
2 minutes.

 

Reclined twist left and right.
2 minutes.

 

Rest pose.
2 to 5 minutes.
